About the role
Metagem is building the agentic context & quality layer for the European enterprise: AI agents that turn a company's documents and data into business context it can trust.
We're early, we're moving fast, and the roles we'll need six months from now aren't all on this page yet. If you're exceptional at what you do, you've read about Metagem and thought "I want in", don't wait for the perfect posting. Tell us now.
This isn't a black hole. We read every open application. If there's a match, even one we hadn't planned for, we'll find a way to make it work, often faster than waiting for a formal opening.
What to send us
What you'd own
The problem you'd want to solve, the function you'd want to build, the team you'd want to join (or start).
One thing you're proud of
Something you've shipped, sold, designed, scaled or fixed. Add a link if you can.
Why now, why us, why you
Make the case in a paragraph. That's all we need.
Skip the generic cover letter. We'd rather read one paragraph that's actually about you than three that could be about anyone.
Who we're looking for
- You ship. We don't care how many years you've been doing this: show us what you've built. A side project thousands of people use beats a decade of résumé bullets.
- You think in customer problems, not job descriptions.
- You work with the garage door up: transparent, opinionated, collaborative.
- You're pragmatic: keep things simple, ship, iterate.
- You're allergic to bureaucracy and busywork.
- Fluent in English and willing to work hybrid from our Ghent office.
What's in it for you

Culture
A team that values ambition, trust, fun and putting the customer first.

Competitive package including ESOP, a training budget, in-office gym membership, and an office at Wintercircus, Ghent.
We especially encourage women and people from groups under-represented in tech to apply. Metagem is an equal opportunity employer.
